During the Covid 19 pandemic we find ourselves in unprecedented circumstances where a number of our events have been and may still be affected.

Events up to 31st July
All events have been postponed. You should have recieved a seperate email from us if this affects you.
For events that are scheduled to take place for August onwards please see below.
For events that are postponed we have decided, as a company, that the most socially responsible thing to do will be to reschedule these events to 2021.
Due to the numbers of Snowdonia events being cancelled and rescheduled to later in 2020 we feel that this will put additional demand on local resources and the availability of leaders.
We have made this decision after taking advice from local and national organisations.
Events August onwards
We are currently planning that these events can and will go ahead, however each one will be considered individually and a decision made no less than 6 weeks before the planned date.
We will asses the situation at the beginning of June.
We will work individually with each partner inline with their own policy on events in the current situation.
We will be following updated Government advice and taking our responsibility to look after our customers, our freelance team and ourselves very seriously.
If you are booked onto an event during this time please consider that it WILL go ahead unless we contact you.
In these unprecedented circumstances we have made the following amendments to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
We have extended the period for when your balance payments should be paid, so for all events being held from 1st May until 20th June 2020 your balance will be due no less than 4 weeks before the date of your event (usually 8 weeks).
If your event is postponed and you cannot attend the rearranged date you will be sent a Gift Voucher for the full amount paid to be used within 12 months which can be redeemed against any of our events up to 30th June 2021.
If your event is postponed within 14 days of your booking and you cannot make the new date you will receive a full refund (less booking fee), the £10 administration fee will be waived.
No other refunds will be given at this time. Please see ‘Force Majeure’ section of our Booking Terms and Conditions.
