We are trekking to the highest point in Wales to help you fundraise for your favourite charity!
Take the Llanberis Path to the summit of Snowdon (or Yr Wyddfa to use it’s Welsh name). Stand on the highest mountain in Wales, at 1085 metres and enjoy the amazing views across Snowdonia, some of the best views in the UK.
You can find out more about Snowdon and the Llanberis Path here.
This is an open charity event which means you chose your own charity.
Let us know and we will donate £5 of your entry fee to your chosen charity.
This is an example itinerary. Exact details will be sent to you in the run up to the event.
8.30am – Meet in Llanberis
(There is parking both infront of and behind the Snowdon Mountain Railway station which will cost between £4 and £7)
You will meet your group and your guide who will brief you on safety and procedures for the day
9am – Start walking on the Llanberis Path
12.30pm – Arrive at the summit
1pm – Leave the summit and start the descent via the Llanberis path

There will be breaks for refreshments and food along the route.

This walk is for anyone over 10 years old with a moderate level of fitness.
Anyone under 18 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You should be comfortable walking for 2 – 3 hours without stopping and have some experience of hill walking. It is meant to be challenging but also enjoyable so the more training you can do the better. We recommend our Challenging Training Plan for this event.

Full ‘ground’ support during your event
Kit and Training advice leading up to your walk
Friendly support on the end of the phone/email to answer any questions running up to your event
Celebration after your walk to include tea/coffee and a light snack
