Snowdon – EveRRest Training with Reuben’s Retreat – May 2020

A special Snowdon training session for Reuben’s Retreat EveRRest adventure 2021
In 2021 an intrepid group will be taking on EveRRest Base Camp to fundraise for Reuben’s Retreat. We are delighted to offer this special training weekend to the team.
This is a closed event for the Reuben’s Retreat EveRRest Base Camp Team.
About the challenge
Take on a daytime Snowdon challenge led by Stu Breese, Everest base Camp Expedition Leader (April 2020). You will also have the opportunity to discuss with Stu preparation details for your trip including recommended kit, packing your rucksack and making sure you are ready for your adventure.

How much will it cost?
This challenge is for anyone who has already registered for the Reuben’s Retreat EveRRest 2021 challenge.

This is an example itinerary, exact details will be sent to you in your event information pack 2 weeks before the event.
8am – Meet at Padarn Lake Hotel in Llanberis
8.45am – Welcome and meet your leaders
9am – Set off for your Snowdon challenge
12.30 – Reach summit
4pm – Complete your challenge
As part of the Reuben's Retreat team you will get:
- Qualified, experienced mountain leaders with you all the way (ratio 1:12 or less)
Full ‘ground’ support during your event
- Kit and Training advice
- Friendly support on the end of the phone/email to answer any questions running up to your event
- Information Pack 2-4 weeks before
- Refreshments at the end of your walk
Each challenge will follow the Llanberis Path to ascend and descend Snowdon (or Yr Wyddfa to use its Welsh name).
From the summit either at sunrise or during the day (weather permitting) you’ll enjoy some of the most beautiful views on earth.
