A message from the committee

We (the Birmingham Trainee Solicitors’ Society) want to show our support to Birmingham Mind by taking on a challenge…

So we’re going to ‘hike up Snowdon at night! The bonus to the hike will be reaching the summit just in time to enjoy sunrise, followed by breakfast to celebrate, and hopefully raising lots of money for Birmingham Mind in the process! We want to encourage our members to get involved in whatever way they can, either by joining the Committee on the trek or by donating to our cause.

About the Charity

Birmingham Mind logo

Whether it’s £2 or £10, every donation makes a huge difference to the work of Birmingham Mind.

All monies received are carefully applied to benefit those in the community of Birmingham who are experiencing mental distress. For example: (1) Raising Mental Health Awareness within Schools/Colleges (ages 12-18) – £150 enables Birmingham Mind to deliver a 2 hour workshop such as Emotional Resilience, Coping with Exam, Stress Awareness to young people aged 12-18; (2) Assisting Young People with Hospital Discharge (ages 18-25) – £500 enables Birmingham Mind to reduce the length of stay in a psychiatric hospital for one young person aged 18-25. Please help us make a difference.

If you are not able to join us for this walk and would like to make a donation to Birmingham Trainee Solicitors’ Society fundraising efforts for Birmingham Mind you can do so by clicking on the DONATE button below.
