Snowdon (or Yr Wyddfa to use it’s Welsh name) is the highest mountain in Wales (and England) standing at 1085 metres. Conquering it’s rugged beauty rewards you (on a good day) with stunning 360 degree views across Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Welsh coastline.

Cadair Idris is probably the most dramatic and menacing mountain in Wales.
Found in the southern region of Snowdonia National Park Cadair Idris meaning ‘Chair of Idris’ derives from the giant warrior poet of Welsh legend. The lake at the bottom of Cadair Idris is said to be bottomless and be warned.. anyone who sleeps alone on the mountain will either die or wake up a madman or a poet.
PEN Y FAN

Pen Y Fan the highest mountain in South Wales and the Breacon Beacons. Being the lowest mountain on the challenge Pen Y Fan still deserves respect as it can be a very challenging mountain in poor conditions.
